Shipping Info

1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES?

- FREE DELIVERY (Available on orders over $99)

- WORLDWIDE STANDARD DELIVERY (Shipping Fee - USD $13.99)

Delivery within 3-12 Days Under Normal Conditions. 

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from our warehouse. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing on the next business day. Processing and shipping typically occur within 1-3 business days. If any items in your order are out of stock or delayed, we will notify you via email.

2. HOW DO I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

We aim to get all orders before their cut off time sent out the same working day, and we do not process orders over the weekend, orders placed during the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. 

3. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can change the shipping address only if the order has not been shipped. Please double check your shipping address and make sure it is correct when you are placing the order.

4. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN LOST?

When tracking your package its status does not appear to have changed within 72 hours, please contact our Customer Service by email sales@katchme.com. Our advisers are on hand to help you within 24 hours.

5. WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?

Not to worry, your order is on its way! While we aim to ship everything in one package, the use of multiple warehouses may result in your order being split into several shipments. If you haven’t received multiple tracking numbers, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our via email sales@katchme.com for assistance.  

6. DO YOU DELIVERY TO POST OFFICE BOXES?

At this time we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/ FPO addresses.


7. DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES ON MY ORDER?


Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by KatchMe. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

 

All Shoes are not enjoyed in free shipping.
